• Understands and has a deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices and able to advise on them in a clear and consistent way
• Ability to analyze, interpret and use data. Have a keen eye for detail, and a huge passion for maintaining accurate data.
• Working knowledge of all components of the HR Operating Model
• Ability to understand process principles and consistent application
• Ability to build great relationships across all the SSC teams
• Ensures agreed deliverables and service levels are met to defined SLA’s
• Reviews processes and provides feedback in order to assist in continuous process improvement
• Ability to prioritize effectively, switching effectively between calls and emails and balancing activating new queries with resolving existing one.
