ANALYST I / MOTT TRAINING CENTER / ADMIN TRAINING SECTION / PACIFIC GROVE, CA.



The reporting location for this position is the Mott Training Center in Pacific Grove, CA. Under the direction and supervision of the Mott Training Center Manager, the Analyst I is responsible for technical analytical staff services assignments including but not limited to planning, monitoring, evaluating, contracting and procurement, budgeting, accounting, research, and report preparation.

This Analyst independently performs a variety of duties, manages multiple projects, and uses time effectively to meet the needs of the office on an on-going basis. The Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to coordinate, schedule, and arrange training and lodging needs. The Analyst will also work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure the goods and services needed by the Mott Training Center are provided. The Analyst must adapt to the needs of the Mott Training Center and other employees at the moment’s notice, while providing courteous and effective customer services to everyone. The Analyst will be responsible for executing acquisitions and transactions using a Cal-Card including reconciliation. The Analyst will evaluate, analyze, and assist in the development and maintenance of a variety of internal policies, processes, procedures, and other resources for the Mott Training Center.
Some travel may be required.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as not telework eligible.

Occasional travel may be required. This position requires a valid Class C driver’s license. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application.
