Job Description
Responsibilities
• Create SSO policies as per business requirements
• Troubleshoot PingAccess/ Siteminder webagent issues and other related issues
• Responsible to do a deep dive research, analysis, and resolution of issues
• Work closely with Business & Technical analysts to implement enhancements and new Integrations
• Responsible for assisting users and application teams to resolve system/ business process questions and issues related to specific applications such as web services, Unix, Core Java, LDAP etc
• Responsible for tracking issues & tasks in RSAM/Nexus/Jira by following documented process and procedures and meeting service level agreements
Requirements
• Education B.E. / B Tech / M.E. / M Tech / M.C.A
• Experience Range 4-6 years
• Foundational skills
• 2-5 years experience of Ping Access (SSO) & Ping Federate
• Knowledge on LDAP, SAML, OAuth2.0/ OIDC protocols and frameworks
• Knowledge on Multifactror Authentication/ FIDO
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Desired skills
• Basic networking concepts and knowledge on firewall and load balancer
• Basic knowledge if RHEL and Windows Server OS
• Basic knowledge of apache and IIS server configuration
