& management of KRIs with in the bench mark levelsNeed to be process SMEAbility to Multi task & ensure time bound delivery of deliverables.
Take Initiative to mentor the new joinees & impart hands on training to new joinees .Identify areas for process improvementsTo complete specific projects/tasks assigned on a regular basisTo strive to create a healthy and fun filled Environment in the teamDisplay interpersonal skills in handling the day to day operations on the floor.
Back up for the lead in his absence
