The current role is for opportunity in Transaction Reporting Control Group team which is an ever evolving space where new regulations keep on hitting the bank. Over the last 5 years team in India grew from 15 members to 150. It provides great opportunity to team members to learn new things and grow within the team.
Requirements
• Knowledge about the Global Financial Markets and different financial products spread across the asset classes namely FX, Interest Rate, Equity, Commodity
• Understanding about the regulatory reporting bodies and the regulatory framework like CFTC, EMIR, MIFID, SFTR, HKMA will be an added skill
• The incumbent needs to be very good with numbers and should be well versed with the excel operations
• Exposure to data mining tool will be added advantage. Opportunity to learn and work on industry leading data mining tools like Tableau and Alteryx
• 30% of time is spent on analysis of breaks and hence candidate needs to have good analysis skills
• Good communication skills: Incumbent is expected to engage with different senior stakeholders to discuss the under lying root cause of the issue. Good negotiation skills will be highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills to track many concurrent activities and keep leads updated on progress
• Open for change in process and drive some of the changes
• Good understanding of Global markets will be highly desirable
• Should be a keen learner and should be a self-starter
