Analysts are an integral part of the Investment Banking team at HSBC, providing quantitative and analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and other financial advisory services. The analyst position is a generalist position, giving candidates exposure across different products, sectors and client types. Analysts work closely with senior bankers during all stages of a transaction.
Roles and responsibilities including :
Preparation of financial models and business valuations
Creating client marketing presentations
Conducting industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions
Helping with execution of Equity and Debt offerings, in addition to M&A
Requirements
Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
