Job Title NCT – Sr Analyst, Risk and Control
Location Bangalore
Role Description
Investment Banking (IB) and Cross Product Operations is a dynamic and diverse division that provides operational support to Deutsche Bank's businesses. The Divisional Control Office (DCO) is a Risk Management function within Operations that executes all aspects of the Bank's Operational Risk Management policies/frameworks.
You will be responsible for the assessment and review of controls within the application related to Payments supporting documents. It often involves time critical, potentially complex or in some cases tasks including interaction with internal and external stakeholders. The staff will work within the team of information security function, and will include oversight of key control inventories, IS risk assessment, work on initiatives and supporting application
The role will require close collaboration with operations management teams and the Bank's risk functions maintaining an understanding of the Bank's evolving framework and coordinating implementation of those developing needs.

Your key responsibilities
• Work on specific assignment related to the function and work independently to complete the assignment.
• Work with Information security function areas and contribute to the function and other initiatives.
• Coordination with various stakeholders effectively complete the tasks.
Your skills and experience
• Working experience of 3-5 years in operation or risk management and control frameworks in a global banking control environment, with sound knowledge and understanding of banking activities of payment, cash , settlement and products, risk management techniques and regulatory requirements
• Good verbal and technical skills. Structured and take an organised approach, with high standards for accuracy and delivery against requirements to deadlines.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines. Take ownership and able to prioritise workload independently and adjust to changing priorities.
• Experience of working across multiple teams and geographic locations, adopting a collaborative approach. Previous experience in working with Financial/Banking/consulting industry is desirable.
