Why This Role Is Important
We are hiring an Analyst role to support the dynamic and fast-paced, Credit Card Portfolio team at PC Financial & Services (PCF&S). We’re seeking a results-driven professional to support the growth and optimization of our credit card portfolio. This role partners cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis and market research.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to cross functional teams to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans.
Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders to identify and understand portfolio optimization and growth opportunities
Support on the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
Work with Finance on monitoring performance and preparing accurate forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis
Create and prepare monthly and ad-hoc business review outlooks with an in-depth understanding to report regularly on key P&L portfolio levers
Analyze complex data sets and market research to ensure product competitiveness
Maintain deep understanding of the credit card industry
What You’ll Bring
Post-secondary education equivalent to a university degree in Business or Finance
1+ years of experience in product, business development, financial analysis or equivalent experience.
Financial and analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to conduct and interpret both qualitative and quantitative research / insight
Demonstrated ability to work in multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrated track record of implementing results
