We are looking for talented Analyst Programmer to join our team!
Melbourne - Full time permanent role
$90,000 – $100,000 Inc super per annum Inc super

Responsibilities:
Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs
Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification
Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards
Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costing for recommending software purchases and upgrades
Analyses user needs, produces requirements documentation and system plans, and encodes, tests, debugs, maintains and documents programs and applications.
Skills:
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT highly regarded.
Business orientation with strong IT background.
3+ years’ experience in development or support in banking, cards, payments, insurance or financial services environment is desirable.
Experience working on Java or NodeJS or Dot Net is a must.
Experience in Microservices, API and Spring boot.
Exposure to agile or scrum methodologies.
Experience in working in a development or support role, providing a service to internal or external customers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
