Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.
In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
• As part of the testing team you are responsible in the design and execution of SIT and UAT Quality Assurance Testing across a myriad of applications from the earliest opportunity with rigour and precision.
• Responsible to review user requirements, preparation of test cases, followed by its execution and reporting of defects and completion.
• Communicating all test issues effectively with the development team and executing procedures in order to arrive at the appropriate fix
• As part of the team, you will be called upon to estimate, plan, test and document the delivery of the applications across its delivery lifecycle
• Working with business analyst and End Users within , you will be called upon to estimate, plan, test and document the delivery of the applications across its delivery lifecycle
• Working with business analyst and End Users within organization.
• Defect management and reporting – Communicating defect issues to the necessary stakeholders
Requirements
• Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Engineering preferred.
• Between 2 to 4 years experience, preferably in financial services industry.
• Hands on experience in application testing
• Experience in HPQC, JIRA,
• Experience in Agile methodology preferred
