Job Description
The position is also responsible for assisting in internal audits, maintenance of ISO documents, records keeping (soft and hard), controlling documents, distribution, deletion, revision and recording direct and indirect complaints.
Job Responsibilities and Authorities:
Quality Assurance; Sindh Rescue and Medical Services (SRMS):
Data collection and analysis to gauge customer satisfaction for SRMS with SIEHS
Check compliance of SRMS operations via following monthly activities;
o Review of critical data on Key Indicators
o Command & Control inspection
o Station Inspection
o Ambulance Inspection
Manage complaint management system to effectively treat complaints raised by beneficiaries (customers)
To assist in analysis of business statistics on monthly basis
Reporting
Quality Assurance; Telehealth:
Data collection and analysis to gauge customer satisfaction with SIEHS
Check compliance of TH operations via following monthly activities;
TH floor inspection
ISO Compliance:
Maintain all data pertaining to ISO
Revise, create and update documents as per respective business needs
Development of ISO audit plan and checklist(s)
Conduct all ISO audit related activities
Facilitate the organization in surveillance audit process
Assist the QA department in creating awareness within the organization of a quality-driven culture
Any other task assigned by the Manager QA.
Manage complaint management system to effectively treat complaints raised by beneficiaries (customers)
Responsible for document control procedure
Responsible for ISO document review and up gradation
COMPETENCY MATRIX: (Technical Skills)
MS- Office Skills:
Basic knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data
Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
Should have good knowledge with PC.
Management Skills:
Should have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Should be a good team player and willingness to learn.
Should have strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
Provide proactive suggestions on how to improve the QA team’s execution against its mission statement.

Should be dedicated to provide exceptional service to the company
Pleasant personality and flexibility to work in the shifts on occasions.
Qualification: Must have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline preferably BSc in Nursing.
Experience: 1-2 years
Certification: Written/ Verbal Communication Skills, Computer Skills esp. Microsoft Office. Any Diploma/Certification in the Quality Management or related fields is preferable.

Reporting Line and Location:
This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance and is based at the Hyderabad our office.
