Roles and Responsibility
• The position will provide Technology support to the organization and will hold accountability for Service Delivery as per agreed SLA, Management of Risk, Budgets & Governance, Technology Strategy, Implementation, and Management of Technology solutions basis business Requirement. Explore and assist business units to identify areas where automation/digitization can be done. Manage & delivery Technology projects within cost & timelines and support local applications . Ensure compliance to requirements from Group & Regulators.
• Should have functional knowledge on Retail Banking e.g. UPI , Mobile banking , Payments , Onboarding
• Should prior working experience on Retail banking applications
• Accountable to evaluate, design, build, implement, and maintain best in class automated processes that enhance the internal/external customer experience leading to achievement of our desired customer experience, in partnership with stakeholders
• Effective project management, project delivery and project implementation for technology in area of broking and trading
• Ensure project documentation, including project initiation documentation, risk control documents, progress reports, project plans, change control and other documentation as required by individual projects
• Act as member of PMO leadership team and support continuous improvement of execution processes
• Measure Process optimization
• Identify opportunities to harness technology to deliver improved and efficient solutions to enhance customer's trading experience
• Championing change and interpreting business needs into successful technology implementations in BFSI domain
• Regularly review and report to the CIO/CTM and project boards on project risks and progress
• Ensure the choice of project methodology fits the type of work being undertaken, applying agile or waterfall techniques as appropriate
• Support the Technology Management & stakeholders in the implementation of project related activity.
• Manage own professional development and keep up to date with current technology, methodologies and processes relevant to the role via Seminars/on job/training
• Change Management
• Ensure training and Infrastructure needs are considered for new releases and project launches
• Champion continuous learning and ensure stakeholders get the best value from new solutions.
• Create an environment where stakeholders can successfully achieve objectives
• Promote a strong team ethic and culture of continuous improvement
• Align relevant project activities with the principles of group guidelines/policies and ITIL in the delivery of projects, especially in relation to change control, configuration, release management and good governance.

Our Ideal Candidate
• The applicant for the Asst. Manager Technology opportunity should be a engineering graduate with understanding of Technology and various tools available in market to help explore , support & implement various solutions related to BFSI with Project Management experience
• At least 8+ years' experience in Processes & Technology related to Banking
• Broad knowledge and understanding of cross functional business initiatives and how they interact, exposure to process redesign methods; understanding process modelling, analysis and simulation tools, understanding of project management and change management.
• Prior exposure and experience in developing business requirements;
• Previous experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
• Experience in supporting Business users & application
• ITIL certification & experience
• PMP or SCRUM Master certification & experience
