Reporting to the Manager, Shared Care, and working with the Senior Analyst, the Analyst plays a vital role in coordinating and strengthening communication across the Shared Care Committees (SCC). The successful candidate will have strong analytical and project coordination skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role also serves as the technical and administrative support for the Caspio CRM system, acting as a subject matter expert for both internal and external partners. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining internal dashboards for SCC staff, creating a comprehensive user manual, training sessions, and providing guidance on technical inquiries. The Analyst will also help prepare for data migration and the transition to a new CRM system. Additionally, the Analyst will manage ad-hoc data analysis requests and identify trends and insights that inform decision-making. They will be responsible for preparing and presenting quarterly reports that demonstrate the impact of SCC initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting to leadership.
