In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Description
• Users main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
• Ensure Service Level Agreements for the process on turnaround and accuracy are met as agreed upon with the client.
• Ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures (Local and Global).
• Authorizing letter of credit, import/export L/C and collection bills, banker's guarantee
• Scrutinizing documents under export/import LC including confirmed LC
• Co-ordinating with internal and external stake holders to fulfill client expectations and to handle escalations
• Knowledge of Reconciliation, SFMS Forex payments, SWIFT etc.
• Monitor performance of sub-ordinates with ongoing feedback and training.
• Assist Leads with team management,
• Candidate should have adequate knowledge of UCP, ISBP,URR,ISP, URC, FEMA and RBI guidelines
• Candidate with CDCS or CSDG certification will be preferred
