In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Key Accountabilities Define and measure process improvements Regulatory reporting & adherence to guidelines issued by RBI Manage process risks Management awareness of incidents Ensure staffing at all times Ensure systems are geared as per business requirements.
