Business Function
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
Procurement of goods and services for the bank in space of Non-IT Procurement & Professional/Business Services, Managing Financial Budgeting, Planning, MIS
Key Accountabilities
• To achieve Strategic Cost Management (SCM) as per Bank's expectations
• To adhere to the set processes in order to ensure optimal integrity
• New initiatives and implementation and alignment to RED reporting etc.
Job Duties & responsibilities
• The candidate shall be handling – NON-IT Procurement in space of Travel / Events & Marketing Business Services Procurement.
• He / She should have excellent knowledge about the travel industry – Hotel Industry - Rates – Pan-India, should have good vendor knowledge on Car Rentals, Airline Negotiations
• Shall support Marketing Promotional activity like – Events, Gifts and Promotions, Offsite (Events), Brand Launches etc.
• Shall support negotiations in areas such HR and Business Services – Manpower cost, consultancy services etc.,
• Shall support in negotiations of Media and Advertising agencies, coordination with Media and Advertising Agencies.
• Shall be working on COUPA Expense Module - Should have very good IT Skills like – Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel, Power-point etc.
• Must have excellent – Commercial Negotiations, Analytical & Communications Skills with Creative thought process.
• Looking for candidate from Travel Industry or Advertising Industry who is interest to manage travel cost etc.
Required Experience
• At least 7-10 years of industry experience
• Relevant experience of handling supply chain management, vendor management, procurement and sourcing of IT and non IT products
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Graduation
• CA/ICWA/MBA – Finance/Operations will be preferred
