Job Description
- Support Regional Trade Compliance & Operations team in implementing the Global Trade Compliance (GTC) standards and procedures in India.
- Interact with cross functional teams to support GTC activities.
- Knowledge to determine local country tariff classifications, export control classification and country of origin determination.
- Ensure that post or pre-entry check process for imports and exports are managed properly by Customs broker and identify logistics routing.
- Ensure import and export recordkeeping compliance
- Capturing the Import/ Export transactions in GTC-India System & SAP
- Generate E-waybill, E-Invoice for Import/Export and domestic transactions
- Liaison with internal teams to fulfil the compliance, logistics & shipping support activities
- Liaison & follow up with external vendors like Customs Broker, Logistics Providers, Bankers etc.,
- Prepare statutory returns for periodic filing to statutory authorities
- Provide MIS report regarding Inbound & Outbound...
