Job Profile : Purpose of Role :
Purpose of Role :
• The objective of this role is to develop and implement best practices to drive positive client
• experience and proactively lead operational efficiency efforts and process improvements.
• The role plays an important part as liaison between stakeholder groups involved in the delivery of all transactions & service requirement, including front office, compliance and operational groups across the organization.
• As part of the team, administrator will be an individual contributor role and will be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of communications between parties.
Main Responsibilities :
• Registration & verification process of Transaction Banking products and services such as GCMS Plus, FOREX, Trade Manager.
• Responsibilities includes various server registrations for different product platforms such as
• COMSUITE, MBCC (AS400), GPS & GPH. Coverage will include new customer on boarding setups and existing customer maintenance requests such as account / user maintenance.
• Support and contribute to projects relating to the enhancement of operational efficiency for
• administrative work and tasks within Transaction Banking.
• Support the line manager in conducting daily operations with great attention to accuracy and detail.
• Supporting team members in workflow and project work.
• Support operational efficiency and the risk management framework for Transaction Banking.
• Will be responsible for completing client transaction & service requirements in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Ensure high quality customer experience and reduce process / documentary redundancies to
• maintain client satisfaction.
• Support and educate clients on various products of the Bank and be an advisor for the client on
• solutions.
Technical Capabilities :
• Capable of analysing clients' perspective in various situations and determine positive or negative behaviour for opportunities to gain agreement.
• Able to apply questioning skills for in-depth analysis of attitudes, situations, problems and priorities to determine optimum strategy on how to deal with them.
• A team player, eager to support and learn, and can foster collaborative working relationships across the organization.
• Able to identify and manage both transactional and operational risks.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
Candidate Profile :
• Sound knowledge of various products like Trade finance, Remittances, Bank Guarantees & General Banking like RTGS / NEFT etc.
• Client Service Experience is required.
• Knowledge of Transaction banking products and services including GCMS Plus, Forex, Trade
• Manager etc is of importance.
• Knowledge of product platforms including Comsuite, MBCC (AS400), GPS, GPH is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience of 3-7 years in Banking or Financial organisation
