• The role is required to support the day-to-day management of New and Amended Product Approvals (NAPA), Withdrawals and Post Implementation Reviews across all IB businesses from Credit Risk perspective.
What will you be doing?
• Coordinate functional due diligence review across Credit Risk function.
• Assist in coordinating information in response the requirements raised by functional areas.
• Ensure timely completion of all the requested approvals with appropriate documentation.
• Conducting Post Implementation Assessment for each NAPA approved proposal post six months of trading.
• Ensure effective reporting of approvals on Monthly basis.
• Ensure data quality in support of regular Management Information production;
• Provide training to functional areas on the completion of the front to end NAPA review and assessment as per the NAPA governance framework.
• Assist in annual review of Infrastructure Area Aide Memoires used to conduct due diligence review;
• Monitor conditions of approval/withdrawal status
• Act as a relationship manager for the Risk NAPA Team and manage multiple stakeholders in the process at various levels of seniority.

• Strong record of change management.
• Understanding of Investment & Corporate Banking Product and front-to-back process flows.
