Role/ Job Title: Analyst-Liability Operations (Senior Processor)

Function/ Department: Retail Operations - Retail Outward Remittance
Place of Work: Mumbai - Thane
Roles & Responsibilities:
Retail Outward Remittance transaction processing and handling its end to end follow-ups with closed looped coordination among variuos stakeholders i.e. Business/ Product/ Recon team for smooth transaction processing and better customer experience.
'Scrutinize LRS Retail Outward Remittance request/transaction raised by retail branches and online channel, check successful accounting entry, swift payment details, AML, FAFT, OFAC checks and process if everything in order.
Co-ordinate / follow up with branches for incomplete payment instruction and process the transaction with in TAT.
Reconciliation of suspense account Recovery of correspondent bank charges
Handling Swift message MT1++ to MT+++ (query) is received in Inward Tracker for the transaction processed which Retail Ops Co-ordinate / follow up with branches for required details and process the transaction with in TAT.
