Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Analytical Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control (QC) Analytical Laboratory. This role ensures timely and compliant testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards. The supervisor leads a team of analysts, manages workload prioritization, ensures data integrity, and supports continuous improvement efforts within the lab.
Duties
Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Supervise laboratory personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in results.
Analyze laboratory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to support research initiatives and project goals.
Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance schedules are followed.
Prepare reports on laboratory activities, presenting findings to management as required.
Skills

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
