Analytics Analyst (m/f/d) for Deutsche Bank Global Procurement Data & Analytics

About the team:
You will be joining the Data & Analytics team as part of the Global Procurement division.
The team's purpose is:
• Deliver trusted third-party data and insights to unlock commercial value and identify risk
• Develop and execute the Global Procurement Data Strategy
• Deliver the golden source of Global Procurement data, analysis and insights via dbPi, our Tableau self-service platform
• Provide data and analytical support to Global Procurement prioritised change initiatives
The team leverages several tools and innovative techniques to create value added insights for stakeholders across end-to-end Procurement processes including, but not limited to, Third party Risk, Contracting, Spend, Performance Management, etc.

Your key responsibilities:
• You develop a sound understanding of the various tools and entire suite of analytical offerings on the standard procurement insights platform called dbPi.
• You take responsibility of the assigned visualization dashboards on dbPi to enable users to get the most up-to-date and accurate insights from our platform.
• You proactively support our dbPi users by understanding their ad-hoc requirements for data, analysis, or access. This involves providing the most optimum & high-quality solution leveraging available capability of the various tools and platforms.
• You understand linkages of data across multiple systems/processes in order to support answering complex requests from stakeholders
• You identify opportunities for automating manual tasks in production of reports and dashboards, thereby contributing to efficiencies and capacity release
• You identify opportunities to impart training to users for self-service using dbPi features/functionality such as pivot tools, views, alerts, subscriptions thereby contributing to efficiency and user experience.
• You keep abreast of day-to-day governance related tasks such as ensure timely closure/updates of all JIRA tickets, timely completion of mandatory trainings, maintenance of the standard operating documents
Your skills and experience:
We are looking for talents with a Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) to provide descriptive and predictive insights to our stakeholders for strategic decision making. Any professional certification in Advanced Analytics, Data Visualisation and Data Science related domain is a plus.
• You have a natural curiosity for numbers and demonstrate strong quantitative skills
• You display enthusiasm to work in data analytics domain and for continuous learning and improvement of your skills
• You have the aptitude to understand stakeholder's requirements, gather data from relevant sources, perform analysis and interpret the results in a user-friendly manner such as visually in Tableau
• You attach great importance to details, ensure results are of high data quality and accuracy
• You enjoy the problem-solving process and can break down a problem into its constituent parts with a view to developing solutions
• You demonstrate an understanding of different analytical tools like Tableau, Databases, Alteryx, MS Excel to work with large datasets and derive insights for decision making
• You enjoy working in a team and your language skills in English are convincing, making it easy for you to work in an international environment and with global, virtual teams
