About our role:
• Support the delivery of the strategic goals and commercial ambition for the specific region.
• Identify initiatives that will support the development of the business areas.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communication and change impact and readiness into the wholesale division through the lifecycle of each project to ensure full adoption is delivered throughout the division
• Support the scope of new systems to support in both process and efficiency improvement, enabling an increased customer experience within Wholesale. This involves scoping both the internal and external requirements and ensuring integration is completed in full, with clear documentation and communication.
• Ensure data within the Micheldever system is both accurate and continually managed
• Foster close working relationships with cross-functional colleagues to ensure everyone is aware and working towards a shared vision that optimises performance and delivers an exceptional service level to the wholesale customer base.
• Ongoing management and support of the Wholesale CRM system including managing change and engagement through reporting and support.
About you:
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM
• Project and Change management experience
• Excellent experience of Analytics and Reporting
• Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• High quality work output, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
