Wells Fargo in India & Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. Department Overview
Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,500 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. In this role, you will:

The Analytic Manager will be responsible for supporting the Product Development team and CDEP to deliver product features based on business priorities of the Consumer Data Product org. This role will be responsible for leading business platform management activities, guide and mentor Analyst Consultants, track & drive improved Platform Performance and help with UAT Automation and Tooling.

The Analytic Manager will work in a highly matrixed organization with Product Leads, Scrum Master, management and across SMEs in other CDP and CDEP Leads.

Core duties & responsibilities
• Support business platform management activities, including but not limited to monitoring, access provisioning, etc.
• Horizontal Production Support, including but not limited to help desk operations, end user communications, defect management. etc.
• Responsible for UAT automation and tooling
• Support performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
• Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers to enhance products and training based on user feedback
• Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product / platform strategy
• Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
• Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
• Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
• Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
• Interact directly with vendors
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and credibility with a proven ability to influence broadly across a matrixed organization, create engagement, and drive results. This candidate will be articulate and have strong interpersonal effectiveness with an impeccable reputation for integrity, accuracy, consistency, and business acumen. Key areas of experience include financial services, product management, and product leadership.

Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of Processes Management experience, product development experience, Testing, Production performance reporting / improvement
• Technical experience including Cloud-first data architecture, such as Spring Cloud
• Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
• Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/coaching/direction, recognizing and developing team members and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment, including internationally.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Ability with creatively and critically thinking to identify opportunities to uniquely and effectively meet customer needs
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives
• Experience with Banking, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting data platforms and technologies, and experience addressing data related requirements of regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
• Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology architecture
• Expert level of experience with relationship management, delivery management, and program management
• Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• At-scale Financial Institution experience strongly desired; Strong understanding of what drives business value
• Experience creating strategic plans for enterprise-wide business initiatives
• Experience creating and implementing an operation help desk function
