As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in developing business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will work collaboratively with different teams to ensure that the insights generated are actionable and aligned with business objectives, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with data manipulation and transformation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
