Primary responsibility is to build capabilities to uncover actionable insights of the customer,risk, product, business, operations and employees to consistently deliver measurable impact. Build analytics as a core organization strength and enable rapid scaling . • Scope of analytics include all four types - Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive and Prescriptive. Core ability is to groom the team to scale up and deliver beyond descriptive analytics. • Keen eye for small data, cues from unorganized information, interactions with people besides working at a professional grade on big data. • Key areas of focus are Credit, Risk analytics, Business analytics, Customer and marketing analytics, X-Sell, Campaign management, ongoing shaping of business strategy and HR analytics. • Work closely across functions of the bank including CXOs and be an integral part of every single cohort of the organization to enable and scale. Focus is on delivery and making a positive measurable impact. • Constantly seek new sources of data especially response data of customers, seek alternative sources and work closely with technology team for building data warehouse as well as near real time data streaming services. • Lead the team in agile mode and align to work in squads and tribes with the mindset of analytics in action and impact. • Should be well versed with Python or R. • Seeking a passionate leader who truly believes in building a "Jarvis" that will be at the centre of building the best bank of tomorrow.
