Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan COE Lead to join our Anaplan Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and governance of the Anaplan platform across our organization. The COE Lead will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Anaplan model builders, and key users to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Anaplan models and applications.
• Develop and maintain the Anaplan COE roadmap to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Establish Anaplan best practices, standards, and governance policies to ensure data integrity and model consistency.
• Provide Anaplan expertise and guidance to business stakeholders to help them leverage the platform to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, and other key functions to understand requirements and design Anaplan solutions.
• Develop and deliver Anaplan training to end users to build capabilities and drive adoption.
• Monitor Anaplan platform health and performance, and implement optimizations as needed.
• Stay updated on Anaplan product updates, new releases, and new features to identify opportunities to enhance solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Anaplan implementation, modeling, and administration.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of Anaplan experts.
• 2+ Anaplan end-to-end projects experience.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and data flows.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect preferred.
• Retail or finance industry experience highly desirable
