Having hands on experience all gear manufacturing Process.
Hands on experience of Profile Grinding Process
Should have knowledge & able to understand the drawing.
Should have knowledge of handle to Precision the intruments.
Good knowledge of Insert & Cutting tools.
Find out root cause of line issue using problem solving techniques
Product Audit & Process Audit.
On Daily basis machine shop line inspection.
To check machining job dimension on profile projector as per control plan.
General Responsibilities
Knowledge of SPC & 7QC tools. & DWM Working.

Kaizen/Poka -yoka, 5S activity, SPC Study
