Associate Agency Development manager (AADM)
Salary structure upto 3.50 lacs per annum

Age criteria - 26 yrs to 38 yrs
Location :-Mumbai (Andheri East)
Working days - Monday to Saturday
Working time - +:30 am to 6:30 pm
Compulsary Documents:-
Aadhar card, Pan card, Graduation Marklist & Certificate of degree, PF Passbok front page, last two companies offer letter/ Reliving Letter/Resignation Letter/Resignation acceptance Mail/ Pay slip/Account statement/Salary Declaration.
(2 nd Saturday & 3 rd Saturday and Sunday will be Holiday)
(Salary structure - 2.8 lacs per annum to 3.5 lacs per annum)
Monthly allowances upto - 5000/- based on performance (Not Fixed)
And huge incentive’s structure & Quarterly foreign trip contest
Job profile
1- Recruitment of agents (Such as Housewives/Retired people & Self-employed business people etc )
2- Irda Licensing of agents (Insurance regulatory development authority)
3- Joint sales calls with agents and closing business
4- Achieving Business Targets with support of agent
