Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizesStrong familiarity with OOP and design patternsKnowledge in Activity lifecycle, Handling of Dialog/Fragment dialog, Fragment lifecycleFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end servicesStrong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practicesExperience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsFamiliarity with cloud APIs and push notificationsStrong knowledge of Google design principles and their implementations and guidelines
