JOB DESCRIPTION – ANDROID DEVELOPER (2-2.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
We are looking for a responsible Android developer to join us whose value aligns with our culture. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of MVP/MVVM architecture pattern, Object oriented programming loves cares about every single line of code he/she writes.
This qualified professional will work with the development team to successfully design, develop and deliver Android Mobile Applications through strong and effective leadership using agile software development processes.
In executing these responsibilities, the successful candidate will:
Work with the Product Manager and the UI/UX designer to understand the App requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
Participate in setting the architectural direction for mobile app software development projects
Maintain and continually expand upon expert knowledge of languages, tools, devices, applications, and the environments as related to Mobile App development.
Stay current on mobile platform/device capabilities and traditional design patterns engineering disciplines
Responsibilities and Duties
Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience working as an Android developer involved in a full app development cycle with at least 4-5 apps in the play store.
Object oriented programming design patterns.
You have prior experience as an Android Developer using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android NDK
BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
Be passionate about building products, startups and technology. You should have working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with Mobile user interface guidelines best practices.
Experience designing and building applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, high-reliability and maintainability.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications (JSON/XML parsing, login state management, session management, etc.)
Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ready to work as an individual, as well as a team player.
Nice to have analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal communication skills.
