Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced Android applications using the latest technologies and best practices.

Lead the end-to-end development process, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Maintain a high level of code quality by conducting thorough code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and Android platform updates, and incorporate them into development practices.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, assisting them in improving their technical skills and knowledge of Android development.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems and APIs.
Optimize mobile applications for performance, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring smooth user experiences across a variety of devices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and delivering successful Android applications, with at least 5 years of professional experience in Android development.
In-depth knowledge of the Android platform, including UI/UX standards, APIs, frameworks, and libraries.
Experience with mobile application architecture patterns, such as MVP, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in using development tools and IDEs, such as Android Studio, Git, and Jira.
Experience with backend integration, RESTful APIs, and data synchronization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
