Ways of Working
Hands-on experience in DevOps and Agile environments
Strong exposure to production support and problem management
Collaboration & Mindset
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues
Proven ability to deliver pragmatic, on-time solutions
Experience implementing process improvements
Comfortable using tools like GitHub, Figma, Jira, and Confluence
