Maintain ownership and responsibility of mission-critical systems
Manage, mentor, and groom other developers on the team
Working with the IT project team to understand and implement defined requirements
Full leadership of new technical projects and directions. Create new business opportunities.
Designing and implementing solutions
Designing and developing custom solutions to address various business needs in order to
drive efficiency within the organization
Bring new ideas and directions to the team, create and run mentoring sessions
Maintaining all developed applications with respect to enhancements and bug fixes
Continually migrating solutions to newer technologies to stay up to date with industry best
practices
Get involved with the full-stack developers, clients, and the team to the best solution.
Create development action plans for members of the team
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; ability to work with
minimal supervision.Requirements
A Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute
5-7 years of experience in mobile app design and development on Android platform using Android studio
Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin using Android SDK and third-party libraries
knowledge of third party libraries. i.e. Dagger-2.0, Retrofit-2.0,Crashlytics, RxJava, Room and Jetpack.
Experience in Kotlin, RxJava, Livedata, WorkManger, Jetpack.
Knowledge of Dart programming language
Understanding of Flutter framework
Knowledge of Flutter SDK, Android Studio and IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code
Experience in developing native and cross-platform mobile applications
Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
Experienced in AIDL, Services, Broadcast Receiver
Experience with multi-threading and integrating with RESTful services
Good understanding of UI/UI customization, as well as working in different Android versions and screen
sizes
Working knowledge of the complete lifecycle, including publishing to Google Play and other updates.
Understanding of design patterns for reusability, extensibility, etc., desirable
Experience with Git, Bug tracking and CI/CD tools preferred
Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and excellent problem solving skills.
Good understanding of software engineering practices, Data Structures & Algorithms.
Good communication skills
