Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Native Android Developer to join our team. As a Senior Native Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications that are efficient, intuitive, and performant. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features for our Android applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java and Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver features that meet business requirements
• Write clean, well-designed, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and performance of the applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies
• Provide technical guidance to other developers on the team
• Mentor and train junior developers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience developing Android applications
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
• Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns, such as MVVM, MVP, and MVI
• Experience with Android Jetpack components, such as LiveData, ViewModel, and Room
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Android UI design principles and patterns, such as Material Design and custom views
• Experience with RxJava or Kotlin coroutines
• Experience with Dagger or other dependency injection frameworks
• Experience with Firebase or other cloud services
• Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools, such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or Bitrise
