what you will do mentor other engineers, define our technical culture, and help to build a fast-growing team. troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications. work on a disruptive product that's still in its early stages. translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies, and provide recommendations on how to improve our applications. you should apply if you: have experience in mentoring team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership. have experience in kotlin & well versed with the latest Jet-pack Libraries possess experience in product development, architecture, design patterns, and solid principles & have in-depth knowledge of multiple architectures like MVVM, MVI, MVP, MVC. have experience in handling app security and proguard rules. are open to exploring other tech frameworks like flutter / KMM have strong knowledge of android SDK, and different versions of Android, and know how to deal with different screen s have expertise in creating custom views, animations, and services. are proficient with storage, threading, and performance tuning. are good in pixel-perfect implementation of designs are proficient with restful api to connect android applications to back-end services have strong debugging and root cause analysis skills alongside data structures can work in agile team environments and are a self-starter, conscientious member of the team
