Responsible for developing, enhancing, and designing a world-class mobile application. Role will include implementing and enhancing the Android mobile application. Responsible for choosing libraries and frameworks to best meet the needs of the application. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Responsibilities:

· Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in the applciation

· Work with outside data sources and APIs

· Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

· Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Required Skills:

· Education BE/B.Tech/MCA/MCS/MSc (IT)/MSc (CS)

· 7+ years of Android development experience

· Possess experience in end-to-end Development of mobile application

· Experience with the Android SDK, Java, Kotlin

· Experience in MVC, MVVM,

· Knowledge of Android Profiler.

· Should have idea of integration of JUnit, Mockito| Roboelectric Unit

· Experience with JSON concepts and REST APIs

· Strong knowledge in Kotlin & Core Java, Data Structures, understanding of SQLite, handy with Android Studio and Android Ecosystem.

· Must Have worked on Libraries - Rx-Java/Bindings, Dagger2, Retrofit, Google Room and Glide/Picasso.

· AndroidX. Navigation Architecture, Work Manager, Live Data, View Model, Data Binding etc.

· Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

· Experience publishing a high-quality Android application to the Google Play Store

· Experience with communication and messaging applications

· Experience with security software and solutions

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

· Good to have past experience on CameraX API

· Experience in working on E-Governance projects/ CCTNS application will be preferable

· Experience in working with Police/Law enforcement agencies will be preferable
