We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team. You'll be responsible for building beautiful and user-friendly apps for our customers. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect consumer facing Android applications
Make technology stack choices based on careful objective evaluation
Deliver across the entire app life cycle: concept, prototype, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
Create solutions on Android integrated with several backend services and technologies (e. g. Bug Reporting SDKs, Analytics tools, Ads platform)
Develop pixel perfect applications that meet the best practices
Requirements
Must Have:
Have 2+ years of experience in building a fast growing, consumer Android application across several release cycles and iterations.
Good understanding of MVVM, Android lifecycle, Material Design and Kotlin
Experience with REST API framework and third party analytics tools
Knowledge of Background Processing constructs like Coroutines, Services and WorkManagers
Entrepreneurial mindset to own the problem and drive towards building the best in class solution.
Should have the ability to execute and thrive in a fast paced environment where business priorities can change quickly.
Good to have:
Proficiency with Dependency Injection frameworks and local storage libraries like Room, Realm etc
Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Should have a strong passion for learning and creating new products and features.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
