Roles and Responsibilities
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
strong native android application development experience with Java/Kotlin
In-depth understanding of the android components: Activities, Fragments, Services
Hands-on with Jetpack Architecture Components: LiveData, WorkMaanger, View Binding, and Lifecycle Aware Components
Experience with Room persistence library
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Experience in MVVM, Live Data, Room DB
Good To Have Skills/Exposure
BLE interfacing on Android
React JS for web front-end development
AWS Services like IoT Core, Cognito, IAM, Lambdas
Node JS scripts for AWS-Lambdas
