Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Proven experience as an Android Developer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered custom native Android applications for phones and tablets.
Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages for Android development.
In-depth understanding of Android app development concepts, including application components, activities, fragments, services, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Android Studio, Android SDK, and related development tools.
Strong knowledge of Android UI/UX guidelines, custom UI development, and handling multiple device resolutions and screen sizes.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services and APIs into Android applications.
Solid understanding of data storage options on Android, including SQLite and SharedPreferences.
Thorough knowledge of Android debugging and profiling tools for performance optimization.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
