About the company:
We are parents building for parents. We are redesigning the baby nursery and making it smart, intuitive and delightful.
Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.
Cradlewise smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby’s sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep - just like a mom!

Position Summary:
• App frontend + Backend.
• Developing app code that interacts with IoT.
• Work on bug fixing, code optimisation and performance improvements
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Dedicatedly maintain and improve the codebase of the app and product with scheduled releases of new features
• Obsessively test, optimize and improve app stability and performance
• Good understanding of networking stack, TCP/IP, server/client concepts, sockets and network programming
• Video streaming apps a big plus
• Good to have: Experience with native app development for IOT applications
• Full stack understanding
• Good understanding of material design guidelines from Google
• Experience working with AWS cloud
Required skills:
• Native Android app development
• App to cloud and device connectivity for control.
• Local and remote video streaming.
• Graphical visualization of sleep analytics.
• Building robust UI which works well on different screen densities and interactions that result in delightful experiences.
• Experience submitting and releasing applications to Google app store.
Desired experience:
• Awesome at the art of thinking.
• 3+ yrs of experience
• Creative with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Passion for product quality and attention to details
• Must be a team player and effective collaborator with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a startup environment and understanding components from various fields that make the product.
