Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Android Developer with a strong focus on Functional and Object-Oriented Programming, particularly in Kotlin. Minimum 8+ years of experience required. • Hands-on in Kotlin for both functional and object-oriented programming paradigms. • Implementation of advanced Kotlin concepts like extension functions, lazy initialization, higher-order and inline functions. • Special emphasis on RecyclerView optimization within applications. • Strong grasp of MVVM/MVP/MVC architecture patterns and design principles like Singleton, Façade, Observer. • Good to have Seamless Kotlin-Java integration while ensuring offline functionality. • Expertise in secure location-based services, maps integration, and preventing security threats like Man-in-the-Middle attacks. • Strong Skills in OKHttp, Retrofit for networking, ensuring secure data transmission and model handling. • Knowledge of Android signed Bundle/APK, Kotlin basics, null safety, coroutines. • Experience with background tasks, RxJava/RxAndroid for reactive programming. • Proficiency in Junit, Mockito, Kotlin test for robust code testing. • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins/Gradle for version control and continuous integration. • Maintaining high code quality & End-to-end app deployment expertise on app stores. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
