Job Title: Android Developer (Flutter)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Android Developer with expertise in Flutter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technologies and be proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using the Flutter framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven software development experience and Android skills development. Experience with Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Flutter and its ecosystem.
• Experience with mobile UI design and developing responsive designs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch.”
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ year experience with native Android development (Java/Kotlin/Flutter).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with mobile database solutions like SQLite, Realm, etc.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
Personal Attributes:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
