Android Software Engineer (Java/Kotlin) :
Role and Responsibilities :
- Design and build applications for the Android platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
Experience :
Must have :
- Highly proficient in Kotlin/Java using Android Studio IDE
- Proficient understanding of different application architectures such as MVVM, Clean Architecture.
- Proficient experience in using coroutines
- Proficient experience in using Navigation Component
- Proficient experience in integrating RESTful APIs using Retrofit, OkHttp, etc.
- Proficient experience in parsing JSON API responses using Gson, Jackson, etc.
- Proficient experience in push notifications using FCM
