About The Team
Digital Servicing are a cross-functional product team with mobile, frontend and backend engineers who work together to build full-stack solutions around customer support and education. We’ve adopted principles of server-driven UI and often work with both clients and third-party vendors. As experts, it is our responsibility to own and understand the client experience and all members of the team can propose changes, new projects and features. We’re an empowered team and are proud of our culture, ways of working and technical capability.
The position within the Team:
As an Android Developer, you will be part of product Digital Servicing team working on development of Android trading app and applying your knowledge and experience to improve it. In the team you will work closely with designers, devs, QAs and business to prototype, implement and deliver new functionality as well as maintaining and enhancing existing Android code.
Additionally, if you are interested in expanding your knowledge to other tech stack you will have a chance to work on backend services which help mobile apps. And they are written in Kotlin and Java!
At all stages you can be sure you get full support from the team.
Few words about the project: Kotlin, Dagger 2, MVP + MVVM, Jetpack Compose.
What You’ll Do
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Build robust, efficient, and reliable end-to-end Android solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing digital servicing solutions within the Android application.
• Offer Android and mobile expertise to the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Assume responsibility for the Android components of digital servicing solutions, ensuring their quality and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices within the Android community.

What You Will Need For The Role
You will work in a professional team building one of the best Android applications for online trading on the market, helping tens of thousands daily clients to trade. The app and trading domain is complex and data intensive, so we expect certain level of your experience and knowledge:
• 4+ years of native Android development
• Solid knowledge of Kotlin/Java and Android framework
• Following Android trends and tools
• Understanding of code design patterns and principles
• Ability to write testable code and... test it
• Teamwork and desire to work collaboratively on complex tasks
• Ready to learn online trading domain to understand our products
• Experience with modern engineering practices like CI, CD, TDD, TBD, Pair Programming etc.
