Job Description Kounsel is looking for an experienced Android Developer with Java and Kotlin knowledge. You will be working in a collaborative environment, with a team of engineers and designers and have a chance to work on a challenging product.
Job Type Contract to hire / Remote / Full-Time / Long-term
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage native Android application.
• Work with engineering team members to explore and create interesting solutions while sharing knowledge amongst the team.
• Collaboration with other engineers to write testable, reliable code, continuously deploying to production systems.
• Collaboration with UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver new features, enhancements, platform improvements, and bug fixes.
• Recommend alternative approaches to solving complex problems and use new technology to achieve goals.
Technical Requirements
• 4+ years experience in Native Android Development.
• Degree in Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience in Kotlin, Unit test automation, Agile, GitHub, and Java.
• Experience with Android SDKs, libraries, Jetpack Compose, Android X, etc.
• Experience with Design Patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Familiarity with 3rd Party API integrations such as Retrofit, Ok Http, Dagger, etc.
General Requirements
• High-Speed Internet and the ability to join Technical video meetings during business hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of multi-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business hours (EST / CST / PST).

India Pay Range : 6 Lakhs - 7.+2 Lakhs per annum.

Ukraine Pay Range : 576.120 - 7+2.000 per annum.

Mexico Pay Range : MX$ 367.500 - MX$ 432.360 per annum.
ALL OTHER LOCATIONS
