We are searching for a brilliant, flexible android developer to create novel apps that meet the needs of our target audience. To this end, the android developer's responsibilities include writing and proofreading code, liaising with co-workers within and outside of their department, and monitoring customers' feedback working along-side other engineers and developers to build out the next generation of technology.
As a Software Engineer working on Android mobile applications, you will drive new innovations and build beautiful user experiences. You will work with mobile developers and resources to drive the next generation of apps that drive user engagement.
Key Skills:
The ability to design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. with extensive experience using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android NDK
Ability to continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new feature.
Proven work experience in design patterns mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM/MVC/MVP
The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, including familiarity with push notifications and cloud messaging.
Ability to unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Over 3+ years of software development experience and Android skills development
Proven working experience in Android app development and published at least one original Android app.
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
