Job Description
Minimum 1 Year to maximum 3 Years of work experience
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, SQL Lite, Rest Web Services, APIs
Native Application Development using Android SDK different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Development of mobile Android based apps.
Deal with clients data, feeds and designs.
Co-operation with other development team members (e.g. Project manager, Web programmers, graphic designers, and authors, quality assurance) in the production of a finished product.
Ability to work on project without detailed instructions; taking the initiative with this job is important.
On-going maintenance of existing projects.
Port many of our 100+ iPhone apps to Android.
