Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build advanced Middle-ware solution for Android platform and Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Discover, evaluate, and implement recent technologies to maximize development efficiency
Domain Skills Requirement:
• Deeply experienced in Java and object-oriented programming including design patterns
• Android native Framework and Native development and customizations
• Must have worked on Android framework customization extensively
• Experience Modifying Framework Services: Activity Manager/Window Manager/View Framework & Window Decor View, IMF etc.
• Experience with customizing System UI - status bar, Lock-screen, Navigation bar/Notifications
• Understanding Android Boot/shutdown Sequence & various Framework module Architecture
• Proficient in multithreading & middle ware solutions development in Android environment
• Strong fundamentals of Android IPC & OS concepts
• Android CTS/VTS debugging & issue fixing
• Knowledge of RxJava, Retrofit, Data binding, Kotlin, Dagger2 & other Android Advance Libraries.
Personality and Soft Skills:
• Creative, gritty, driven by curiosity, go getter attitude with a winning culture.
• Has a burning desire and hunger to contribute to business impacts in much like a startup
environment
• Does not hesitate to experiment and has an attitude to take pride, celebrate failures, quickly
learning from them and apply
• Strong cognitive intuition: Ability to identify and visualize patterns
• Ability to evangelize product in the organization
• Team play, ability to collaborate, accept mistakes
• Excellent aptitude, command over language and communication skills
• Demonstrates sense of ownership, urgency and strives for own and others success
Qualification:
• Masters / Bachelor primarily in CS but if you have exceptional experience there is no bar on discipline of Engineering
