Asakta Electronics and Communications Private Limited. (AECPL), is a smart governance company which specializes in developing cutting edge tech solutions in the Energy sector for various governments across the country.
Asakata (AECPL) brings together the technical brilliance of its partner companies Pixelvide and Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (SSE), which is one of the leading distribution transformer manufacturers and EPC contractors in India.
We at Asakta build world-class technology for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Providers (AMISP). We offer end-to-end Smart Meter Implementation Suites including an Installation/Commissioning App & Web suite, Survey Applications, Ground Force Management Solutions (GFM), Consumer portals, Dashboards etc . We have invested time in building a state of the art world class HES (Head End System) - the system which communicates to the smart meters and retrieves the data. We are also in the process of designing Modem/NIC cards that integrate with any smart meter irrespective of the manufacturer to get the data in the most efficient way.
We work with multiple stakeholders in the end-to-end execution of the project. JIO, India's largest telecom network for customers and businesses is our communication service provider.
We are also one of their initial promoters for their emerging technology in communication NB-iOT. We work with India’s leading meter manufacturers like Schneider, previously L&T, HPL, JPM, and Secure.
JOB DESCRIPTION -
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Qualifications:
• Should have 1-5 years of experience with Android and application development.
• Excellent Understanding of AOSP architecture and concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Android Framework, Boot and Memory optimizations.
• Preferably with Automotive Android experience
• Multithreaded application development experience
• Extremely proficient in Java, Android SDK, JNI, JSON, Sqlite, and RESTful APIs.
• Need to have good knowledge of Android Core Components and IPC(AIDL) mechanism like Binders.
• Experience with Android HAL and HIDL €“ Audio, Graphics, Camera, Sensors, Automotive etc.
• Android services €“ Media and System services
• Experience with Android GAS
• Android automotive
• AOSP build and adaptation
• Android application framework
Responsibilities:
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
